Two Cozy Desserts I Can’t Stop Making

Chocolate Chip Cookies

Chocolate chip cookies will forever be the definition of comfort food for me. They remind me of late nights when I just needed something sweet, or weekends when the whole house smelled like butter and chocolate. My cookies come out with chewy edges, soft centers, and those melty chocolate puddles that make it impossible to stop at one.

And here’s a little trick I love: as soon as they come out of the oven, I press a few extra chocolate chips on top. It makes them look bakery-perfect without any effort (and who doesn’t want pretty cookies?). These are the cookies I make when I want something quick, cozy, and guaranteed to make me — and anyone around me — happy.

No-Bake Biscoff Cheesecake

Now let’s talk about the cheesecake. This one feels a little fancier but secretly couldn’t be easier. It starts with a buttery Biscoff cookie crust, then a creamy filling made with cream cheese and Biscoff cookie butter, and finally a glossy cookie butter topping that makes it look like you picked it up at a bakery.

What I love most is that it’s no-bake — which means no oven stress and no cracking cheesecakes. You just whip it up, pop it in the fridge, and let the magic happen. It’s rich, spiced, and absolutely dreamy. Basically, it’s my “impress people with minimal effort” dessert.
